There’s a few reasons as to why people get excited in November, some says it’s closer to Christmas, others say the possibility of snow gets them excited, but for us it is MOVEMBER. The chance to grow whatever kind of creepy worm you please along your upper lip and show it off to the world. Yes Movember is the perfect excuse to grow that tash you always dreamed of and raise money for charity, plus if you need any more encouragement Byron and Gizzi Erskine have just the thing - Those two London lovelies have teamed up to create the Gizz-mo burger with 50p from every burger sold going straight to charity.
But that’s not all Bryon are also offering movember entrepreneurs, who raise £25 or more a free burger everyday for two weeks from the 7th to the 20th Movember, sorry November. A burger everyday for raising money for charity and growing a bloody tash…pigs are flying!

LAWRENCE WATSON PHOTOGRAPHS NOEL GALLAGHER...
Noel's been getting a fair bit of media interest of late which means this exhibition comes just at the right time. The Lawrence Watson Photographs Noel Gallagher exhibition follows Mr Gallagher's footsteps over the last 18 months. Lawrence's images have been used on Noel's High Flying Birds projects - we have a feeling there'll be a fair bit of swooning on our behalf.

THE JAMESON APARTMENT....
When we saw that Jameson were opening a pop up apartment we squealed with joy! An apartment filled with Jameson what's not to love? Well, it's actually more than just an apartment, it's a cinematic speakeasy which to you and me is a pop up bar created for the duration of the BFI London Film Festival.Tucked away on 39 Greek Street the clandestine cocktail bar will be hosted by a dandy and bon viveur with a wonderful programme of events for the duration of the London Film Festival. Every night the Jameson Apartment will feature special events from the Festival plus the world of film and cocktails. Sounds good to us.
How do we get in, we hear you cry! Well first you need to check the events schedule to make sure it's not tickets only, then you check out the website and facebook for a secret password which you will need to gain entry
Once inside, guests can enjoy vintage tunes flowing from a gramophone or a celebrated DJ, before being transported to another era as they experience classic 1920s cinema and sip cocktails designed by Jameson mixologist Ed McAvoy.

RE:JOICE WE'RE ALREADY DEAD (AND LOVIN' IT)
This is our first Halloween listing and definitely one of the best ones we've come across! Dance the ghouls away to DJ sets from debauched fashion icon Pam Hogg, slaughtered pin-ups The Broken Hearts, butchered TV chef Gizzi Erskine and the massacred Blonde Ambition.
Fancy dress is ESSENTIAL: Think Marilyn Monroe, James Dean, Jayne Mansfield, Frank Sinatra, Audrey Hepburn all rising from the dead, dressed their best.
Taking place at The Hoxton Pony expect to mingle with zombies, vampires, werewolves & the occasional dead pop star or two! There are no rules to this consummation, and it shows. Anything can happen.
Advance tickets £5 or £7 on the door

HITLER KILLED THE DUCK...
When the East End born legendary photographer David Bailey was six years old the Germans were bombing the country. David used to escape to the cinema down the road as it was cheaper than heating his parent’s house, and because he loved to watch the characters of Walt Disney. Unfortunately the Germans bombed the cinema in 1942 leading David to the conclusion that Hitler had killed his beloved Donald Duck. This brings us up to date with the now 73 year old artist/photographer and his latest exhibition which reflects on his childhood during the war, hence the title ‘Hitler Killed the Duck’.
This exhibition runs from Scream and features a unique insight to the world of David Bailey with bold colours and surreal subjects. Be inspired…

CIRQUE DU SOIR
Cirque Du Soir London has a new home. The club which opened in 2009 has upped performers and moved to a new location on Ganton Street in Soho. Last week we headed along to the press launch to sample some cocktails whilst soaking up some "entertainment".
We have to admit we walked past the entrance twice before we figured which door it was. The venue has no signage or door number just a big black wooden door usually manned by a bouncer. The club counts A listers such as Lady Gaga, Scarlett Johansson, Leonardo DiCaprio and Princess Eugene as regulars and its easy to see why.
Once you make it down the Alice in Wonderland staircase you enter the main arena complete with two window displays filled with scantily clad models, two stages, a popcorn maker, candy floss machine, tarot card reader and many more weird and wonderful features.
With live performances from a mind-boggling cast of performers, including stilt walkers, midgets, contortionists, tattooed dancers, freak shows, burlesque dancers, sword swallowers, magicians and fire eaters, Cirque Du Soir is quite the show! We were treated to girls wearing nipple tassles dancing in a paddling pool, a giant scary looking pimp kind of character and a girl rubbing fire down her arms.
Cocktail wise the bar has a host of mixologists on hand and a chef knocking up dishes like zebra and crocodile. A night at Cirque Du Soir is one you will remember, that's for sure!

FAULTY TOWERS DINING EXPERIENCE
Fancy being part of an interactive dining experience that will send you into the ludicrous world of Basil Faulty? Yes? Then this is for you! The popular British Sitcom, which launched back in 1975, has been made into a dining experience that will have you roaring. Returning to the R.S Hispaniola after a sell out stint last year the show will run Tuesday to Sunday, from the 4th to the 30th October.
The Faulty Towers Dining Experience pays tribute to the sitcom in capturing the essence of the three main characters; Alison Pollard-Mansergh as Sybil, Michael Davoren as Basil, and Andy Foreman as Manuel who will entertain and enthral your theatrical three course dinner in the restaurant of the Ship Hispaniola.
Tickets cost £50 per person on Sundays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays and £60 per person on Fridays and Saturdays which includes a three course meal. But be prepared, in true Faulty Towers style, everything that can go wrong, does, in some beautifully controlled chaos. Just don't mention the war!
