The night started with spiced apple martinis (tres bien!) before we were taken on a tour through the 1900s with Dr Perrier himself, come to think of it he must have been pretty old!
After a brief encounter of the 70s the tour ended in the present where we were treated to a demonstration by mixologist Laurent Greco. Possibly our favourite part learning how to make frog spawn from cassis and powder - definitely a party trick we’ll be trying at home. We also picked up some tips on how to make cocktails using sparking perrier, always a bonus as it has far less calories than most mixers!
